Processing Time

All products from Madame Soulière are made to order.
This means each item is produced especially for you after your order is placed.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • Processing times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods


Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–9 business days

  • International orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping within the United States

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination

Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • delays caused by carriers or customs

  • packages marked as delivered but not received

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, a refund is not guaranteed.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
